Classify a document

Classifying a document is done by first selecting the main folders and then your subfolders. It is possible and even advisable to file certain documents in several folders and sub-folders (e.g. driving licence in your identity documents and in your mobility folder). The better a document is filed, the easier it will be to find it.

Classify a document during processing

From the processing page of your document :

• Click Classify Now
• Determine the folder(s) corresponding to your document and then on the next page ;
• Determine the subfolder(s) corresponding to your document.

Change the classification of a document

• Access the processed document in your section Documents
• Choose Edit Document
• Choose Classify again
