Classify a document

Classifying a document is done by first selecting the main folders and then your subfolders. It is possible and even advisable to file certain documents in several folders and sub-folders (e.g. driving licence in your identity documents and in your mobility folder). The better a document is filed, the easier it will be to find it.
Classify a document during processing
From the processing page of your document :
- Click Classify Now
- Determine the folder(s) corresponding to your document and then on the next page ;
- Determine the subfolder(s) corresponding to your document.
Change the classification of a document
- Access the processed document in your section Documents
- Choose Edit Document
- Choose Classify again
